Welcome to Abbeyfield Strathaven

Abbeyfield Strathaven is a modern building standing within its own grounds. The house has 14 en-suite rooms. The public rooms are tastefully furnished with a pleasant open outlook to both front and rear. 

If you are living alone, having to complete your own shopping and cook for yourself, Abbeyfield could be what you are looking for. This would give you peace of mind while being free from the worries of painting or having repairs completed.  

Both men and women will be made most welcome. Your bedsit is yours to furnish as you like. Lunch and evening meals are a social occasion and are served in our pleasant dining room. 

Abbeyfield is a non-profit making charity, so it won't cost you the earth to stay with us. 

Abbeyfield Strathaven has provided very sheltered accommodation for older people in Strathaven and beyond for over 30 years.

Abbeyfield Strathaven is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The property is managed by a Volunteer Management Committee who has a wide range of skills which ensures a high quality of service is delivered to residents at all times.
